I have been practicing massage for approximately 27 years. My journey began with training in Rolfing, focusing on creating deep, transformative changes in the body. At the time, I was a ski instructor and competitive cyclist, and this work helped me perform at a higher level by enhancing resilience and functionality. Eventually, I expanded into remedial massage, specializing in treating injuries to support athletes and active individuals. From there, I delved into energy work and lighter, neurological therapies.
Each phase of my journey through the world of alternative healing has brought new insights and incredible discoveries, all of which I love sharing with others.
Over time, this has evolved into a whole-life approach, expanding from a purely physical focus to embracing a greater emphasis on the mind and its connection to well-being. Whether through the mind or the body, we will reorganize whatever needs it. No matter the angle from which one approaches an issue, meaningful transformation comes from focusing on the aspects that feel most impactful to you.
